POLICIES

I love all of my clients at Bella Capelli Salon, and I want to make sure everyone feels at home in my fun filled Salon. That’s why I have set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through the doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. NEED TO CANCEL?

I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. Although, if you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, you will receive a 50% charge for your booked service.

NO SHOW

If a "No Show" or a last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours) happens, a 100% charge for the service (s) you have selected will be placed on the card you have on file. 

RUNNING LATE?

I can get to be a pretty busy lady! This means I'm usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting me know), I can’t guarantee I'll be able to give you the complete allotted time since I don’t want to keep any of my other clients waiting unnecessarily. But I will do my best with the time that we have!
